What is held

The Service holds only what a client provides — names, contact particulars, delivery details, correspondence, payment records, and reference photographs.

How it is used

Used solely to plan, execute, deliver, and invoice the commission, and to correspond with the client. Not sold, and not disclosed except as required to complete the commission or process payment.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). The Service does not store card details.

Photographs

Reference photographs are held in confidence and retained only as long as the commission requires.
