A formal sequence from authorization verification through portrait delivery and archive registration.

Authorization Verification
The authorization number is checked against issued records.

Photograph Submission
Reference photographs and basic commission notes are submitted.

Registrar Review
The Office of the Registrar reviews the submission for completeness.

Artist Assignment
The commission is assigned for hand-painted portrait creation.

Portrait Creation
The artist creates the portrait from approved reference materials.

Inspection & Delivery
The completed work is inspected and prepared for delivery.

Archive Registration
The commission is recorded as a completed NPS archive entry.
